If you contact us
When you email us we keep your name, email and what you tell us. We use it to reply and to arrange a fit call. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps before a contract. We keep it for [period].
If we call you for a client
We call businesses for our clients. We use business contact details such as name, job title, work phone and work email. We get these from [sources]. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We screen numbers against the TPS and CTPS before we call. If you ask us not to call again, we add you to our do-not-call list and keep that record so we don't call you again.
Who we share data with
The client we are calling for, if you agree to a meeting or ask to hear from them. Service providers who help us run calls, email and calendars: [list providers].
Your rights
